Return and Refund Policy

Sinjly Unipessoal Lda values ​​your satisfaction and strictly complies with the Right of Withdrawal provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014. Here, we clearly explain the conditions for returning and refunding products purchased from our online store.


1. Return Deadline

  • You have up to 14 days after receiving your product to request a return or exchange.
  • This period applies to all products sold within the European Union , without the need to justify the return, as provided for in applicable legislation.

2. Product Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received;
  • Not having been used or damaged;
  • Contain original labels and be in original packaging;

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products;
  • Clearance products or gift cards.

  3. After analyzing the order, we will provide all instructions, including the address for shipping the product.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process:
    • Full refund of the amount paid, including original shipping cost, or
    • Sending of replacement product , according to your preference.

⚠️ Please note: Since we work with dropshipping, the return or replacement shipping process depends on the supplier. We'll do our best to make the process quick and secure.


4. Return Costs

  • Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped products: all return costs are covered by Sinjly .
  • Exercising the customer's right to withdraw: the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility .

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days .
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase , unless otherwise agreed.
  • There may be additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.

6. Exchanges

At Sinjly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Exchange request: Contact us by email contato@sinjly.com or by phone +351 965 889 009 informing the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Product Return: Send the product you wish to exchange to the address provided after receiving instructions from our team. Make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it , with tags and original packaging.
  3. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either refund the full amount paid, including original shipping costs, if applicable, or send you a replacement product.
  4. New purchase: After the refund, you can make a new purchase of the product you want.

⚠️ Note: As we work with dropshipping, the replacement speed depends on the supplier, but we will do our best to ensure the process is quick and safe.

Deadline: The legal 14-day return period applies to all products, including those purchased for exchange.
