2. Delivery Times
- Portugal: usually 24 to 48 hours after shipping.
- Spain: approximately 24 hours after shipping.
- Rest of the European Union: between 3 to 5 working days after shipping.
Deadlines may vary in exceptional situations, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- The standard shipping cost will be informed at the time of purchase and added to the order value.
- In case of return of defective products or incorrect shipment, the return costs will be covered by Sinjly .
4. Tracking
- After shipping, an email with the tracking number will be sent so you can track your order in real time.
5. Delivery Address
- Products will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- For returns, please use the address we provide when you initiate the return process.
