1. Preparation and Shipping

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Times

  • Portugal: usually 24 to 48 hours after shipping.
  • Spain: approximately 24 hours after shipping.
  • Rest of the European Union: between 3 to 5 working days after shipping.

Deadlines may vary in exceptional situations, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • The standard shipping cost will be informed at the time of purchase and added to the order value.
  • In case of return of defective products or incorrect shipment, the return costs will be covered by Sinjly .

4. Tracking

  • After shipping, an email with the tracking number will be sent so you can track your order in real time.

5. Delivery Address

  • Products will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
  • For returns, please use the address we provide when you initiate the return process.
